1. Where can I buy your products locally?

  • CWC Chemical is a distribution company. We do not manage any retail stores. We ship in-stock products direct from our warehouse, out-of-stock products are occasionally direct shipped from the manufacturer.

2. Can I get a sample of a product for laboratory testing?

  • CWC Chemical stocks products that have been packaged and sealed by the manufacturer. If you require sample product, we recommend you contact the manufacturer directly.

3. Where can I find current labels and MSDS sheets for the herbicides you sell?

4. Does CWC Chemical sell herbicides to individual landowners, or do I need an applicators license?

  • CWC Chemical requires customers to provide applicator license numbers when purchasing certain Restricted-Use herbicides. Property owners can purchase most products without a license. Always follow label instructions and obey all state and local ordinances when mixing and applying any product.

5. Where can I get a recommendation on the products to control noxious weeds?

  • The best way to get a recommendation on controlling plant species in your area is by contacting your state’s Agriculture Department’s Local Extension Agent. They would be most familiar with the noxious weeds in your area, as well as the recommended products, application methods, and application rates for your area.

6. Where is CWC Chemical located?

  • CWC Chemical is located in Cloverdale, Virginia. We are in the western part of the state, outside the City of Roanoke, off of Interstate 81.

7. How can I request a quote?

  • For a quote on herbicides, please email info@cwc-chemical.com and include the product, quantity, and destination zip code.
  • For a quote on application equipment or parts, please email equipment@cwc-chemical.com and include a description of the product or part you are looking for, as well as the destination zip code.
  • RFQ's may also by faxed to CWC Chemical at 540-992-5601.

8. How do I place an order?

  • To place an order, please contact our sales office at 540-992-5766 or 800-380-9903 In-Stock items will ship the same day for orders that are placed by 3:30pm.

9. What payment types does CWC Chemical accept?

  • Our corporate customers that order frequently often set up an account with 30 day terms. CWC Chemical also accepts personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards.

10. How does CWC Chemical ship product?

  • CWC Chemical ships pallet quantities via common freight carrier. Orders < 5 cases are often less expensive to ship via UPS Ground. We don’t ship herbicides via U.S. Mail. Also, liquid products may not be shipped Next-Day-Air.

11. Can I order less than case quantities?

  • CWC Chemical often will break cases, and ship individual containers of product. We cannot break the manufactures seal on individual containers, so they are the smallest package size available for sale.
